Warranty & Return Policy

1. All products supplied by OzTech Buddy are covered, as standard, by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty on a Return to Base (RTB) basis for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.This warranty does not cover products that been mistreated, abused or neglected in any way. A defective product is required to be returned to OzTech Buddy or the Authorised Service Centres of OzTech Buddy at the Customer’s own cost. OzTech Buddy reserves the right at all times to change details of the manufacturer’s warranty for individual products according to the manufacturer’s direction.

2. When you take delivery of our product, you must inspect it immediately. You must report to us in writing any damage, suspected defects or incorrect supply which must be received by us within 7 days of delivery otherwise we may refuse any claim you make.

3. Any return of a defective product to OzTech Buddy must be first authorised in accordance with the following process:
               a. The Customer must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) from OzTech Buddy by emailing to info@oztechbuddy.com.au prior to shipping the defective products to OzTech Buddy.
               b. The Customer shall then be authorised to return the defective products, noting the RA Number and proof of purchase, to OzTech Buddy or the Authorised Service Centres of OzTech Buddy and it is returned in its original condition within 14 days of the RA# being issued by OzTech Buddy.

4. OzTech Buddy will not accept any return or claim under the manufacturer's warranty of a defective product if it does not comply with the above procedure. No defective product or claim under the warranty or return of any product will be credited to the Customer's account unless the Customer has complied with the directions as set out in clause 3 to OzTech Buddy’s reasonable satisfaction.

5. If you are a consumer, you can also return goods at your own expense if you change your mind and notify us within 7 days of receipt of your product. Please send us an email at info@oztechbuddy.com.au to obtain a  Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) prior to shipping the product to OzTech Buddy. Item must be unused,unopened with the original tags still attached and returned in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.Please use registered post with tracking number to send the item back with RA number . Returned item without RA may slow the refund process. After receive the item, our tech team will inspect the item to ensure it is eligible for refund.A re-stocking fee will apply to all goods returned for refund. The credit value of returned goods will be at the current selling price at the time of return less a 20% re-stocking fee calculated based on the original selling value of the returned goods.There will be no restocking fees for Store credit request.
