Order Policy

1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by OzTech Buddy. The Customer acknowledges that OzTech Buddy may reject any order placed by the Customer if OzTech Buddy has insufficient quantity of products available to fulfill Customer’s order.

2. Delivery and ownership of the goods
2.1 Delivery times advised to Customers are estimates only. OzTech Buddy will use its best endeavours to deliver Customer orders for products orders as soon as possible. OzTech Buddy will not be liable for any loss, or damages suffered, or incurred by Customers arising from the late delivery of the products.

2.2 OzTech Buddy will not deliver goods to PO Box addresses.

2.3 OzTech Buddy may charge a delivery fee where an incomplete or incorrect delivery address has been provided on the Customer purchase order. OzTech Buddy will charge for each subsequent delivery attempt or return to the shipping point.

2.4 Where a Customer gives written authority to OzTech Buddy for products to be delivered without a signature, any liability for the products held by OzTech Buddy, will be voided.

3. Inspection and acceptance Customers must:
3.1 For products ordered (other than software products), inspect upon delivery to customer's premises; or

3.2 In the case of software products, test or inspect such software products upon those products being delivered,

3.3 And must, within 7 days of delivery, give written notice to OzTech Buddy at admin@oztechbuddy.com.au if the product delivered is not the same that was ordered. Failing such notice and to the extent permitted by law, the products will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.
